Rutas hacía la transición energética: Cómo pueden utilizarse los datos y el diálogo del EITI en los países implementadores
La transición energética hará necesario transformar las industrias extractivas y expondrá a los países productores a nuevos riesgos y oportunidades. Al reducirse el consumo global de combustibles fósiles, los países que dependen de las rentas procedentes del petróleo y el carbón deberán hacer frente a una caída en los ingresos sectoriales. Para los productores de minerales, la expansión de las energías renovables y las tecnologías limpias generará una mayor demanda de materias primas como el cobalto, el litio y el cobre, así como un incremento potencial muy pronunciado de la inversión.
