The EITI International Secretariat is seeking to strengthen its support to the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) on beneficial ownership transparency. The Secretariat is seeking a consultant to support to the DRC EITI multi-stakeholder group (MSG) in conducting a study to review the implementation of Requirement 2.5 of the EITI Standard on beneficial ownership to date, to assess the reliability and comprehensiveness of existing data and to formulate recommendations to improve beneficial ownership transparency in the DRC.
